This beer has a golden colored body with a creamy white head. Its slightly sweet malt flavor makes up the base and offers a supporting role to the refreshing hop profile. Cascade hops provide a floral, citrus and almost fruity character to this well balanced easy drinking ale. Back by popular demand, “Paleooza” is an old favorite and an early original in our portfolio of great beers!

Bottle shared at the Great British Beer Festival 2014, Day 1 - London. Thanks to Kenneth! Pours clear, yellow-gold with a creamy white head. Simple APA with bready pale malts, light bitter hay. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Nice balance to finish, with more basic pale bready malts and mellow citrusy hops. Fine. I could sink a few bottle of this without issue.

Bottle shared at Beer Market Jaffa. Better Beer Of The Month Club. Hazy golden with a white head. Pleasant hoppy aroma of citrus and a bit of tropical fruits. Rather dry flavor with light maltiness, citric hops and a nice bitterness. Medium-bodied. A decent refreshing APA.

On tap. Pours a clear gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has lots of grassy hops and citrus with a bit of light grain backing. Flavor has a reserved citrus hops with a bit of grass and a light grain backbone.

On tap at the Engine Room in Mystic CT Comes to the table a slightly hazy light golden color with a decent sized bubbly white head. Earthy pine with hints of bready malt. Nice pale but hard to follow that beer’d I just had.

12 oz. bottle bright back from Eric’s Michigan trip. Thanks bud. Dirty copper color with thin head. Aroma is earthy and herbal. The flavor seems light dirty earthy hops with low bitterness that finishes abruptly. Light floral and old lady perfume notes. Medium body that leans on light. I tried to like this, the bottle was rather fresh. The herbal and floral notes just didn’t work for me.
