At Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival, Friday 13, 2015.Draught.Herbal, a bit cheese scent, still fresh. (Got exaplained from the brewer that the cheese might be from the Citra hops used). Hazy orange color, small white head. Malty, bitter, well attenuated, hoppy taste. Medium, well attenuated mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Herbal, bitter aftertaste.Well made, perhaps to attenuated for my taste, personally I don’t mind some caramel notes in my IPA’s as well. Also that cheese like (for me) smell isn’t top notch, perhaps for what I like would need some other balancing hops?
