On tap at New Holland - The Knickerbocker, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma is loaded with intense bourbon upfront, with light maple and toasted caramel. Flavour is loaded with maple, heavy bourbon, and booze. Quite sugary and boozy, but certainly with lots of layers. A little too chaotic. Could use refining.
