On tap at Brewery Vivant, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with lacto upfront, with a bit of pithy fruitiness. Flavour is very yogurty, with a nice lacto character and a bit of jammy fruity. Immensely drinkable - the lacto is expressed very nicely in this one. Very good.

On tap at Vivant. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head. Citric sour aroma. Flavor is acetic, citric sourness, white grape. Has a nice sour liveliness to it.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a slight gold hue and a near white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a nice sour slightly stone fruit note with a hint of acid and light grains backing. Flavor has an approachable sour red fruit note with a hint of acid and just a touch of oak backing.
