This beer starts as a boozy 11% Imperial Porter, and it is super rich with Ecuadorian cacao nibs, Oaxacan honey, and smoked Pasilla de Oaxaca Chiles. These chiles are highly prized by chefs and lend some beautiful smoke, a little heat, and a subtle fruitiness to the beer.

On tap at Little Beast, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma reveals gentle smoke, light spiciness, and a touch of honey. Flavour is rich and complex, with a beautiful mix of honey, smoke and gentle chili spices. Wonderful mix of adjuncts, creating a really elegant profile. Excellent.
