On tap at Great Notion NW, pours a bright hot pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma is full of cinnamon and clove upfront, followed by lactose and a touch of fruit - very holiday-like. Flavour is full of fruit and holiday spices, with lots of cranberries, clove and cinnamon. Gently tart and lacto-like. Fun for what it is, but not exactly elegant.
