Incredibly drinkable, this ringer of a beer wears time well. Young and sprightly, the German and Belgian hops combine to evoke in- terpretations of Belgian-made British pale ales. These bottles are delicious fresh but can be aged.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, moderately funky brett, and gentle spiciness. Flavour is moderately funky, with the brett way upfront, some rustic notes, and light fruitiness. Gentle esters but not too much, with a tiny hint of residual sweetness. Nice use of brett. Not the most complex brett saison and definitely not worth the price ($20), but pretty nice.
