Draught @ Bier Bier. Golden color, thin white head. Spicy, wheaty, hoppy, fruity aroma. Flavor has floral notes, belgian yeast , fruits, hops, spices. Full bodied, complex, fruity, spicy saison. Awesome.

Draught @ Black Door, Helsinki
Pours hazy yellowish orange with a smooth foamy head. Aroma of fruits, lemon, citrus, grapefruit, spices, earthy maltiness and funky yeastiness. Taste is smooth, hoppy and fruity with some citrus, lemon, grapefruit, spices and funky yeastiness. Finish is crisp, fruity and refreshing with some hints of farmyard and spices. Quite balanced and tasty hoppy saison.

(Keg at Bier-Bier, 20150603) The beer poured pale golden and rather clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had spices, fruitiness, black pepper and earth. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were yeast, spiciness, fruitiness, black pepper, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, yeasty and bitter. A well done saison.

Draught @ Bier-Bier. Aroma has intense ripe fruits and vinegums. Also mild citrusy notes. Flavour has funky yeasty tones, some citrus, apricot and grassy hops. Alcohol is present but does not disturb. Quite rich and nice.
