Melko kirkas, vain hieman utuinen olut. Tuoksu on marjainen ja mausteinen. Maku maltaisen makeahko, omenaisen hapan ja toisaalta samalla raikas. Runsashiilihappoinen.

[ As Ruosniemen Lomittaja Saison ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, citrus, fruity, bubble gum, tart fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, wheat, saison yeast, tart fruit, bubble gum. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150722]

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2015. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, some mild toffee and wood as well. Also quite a nice funky edge to it. Flavour is fruity, citrusy, wooden and some nice herbal notes. Rather nice and pleasant Saison.

Keg at SOPP, Helsinki. Clear golden, small head. Grainy nose with dried apricots. Mid sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Grainy, somewhat metallic and yeasty Long resiny bitterness.

Keg at Black Door, Helsinki. It pours hazy golden-orange with a decent white head. The nose is bitter-sweet, sweet orange, apricot, nectarine, sherbet, dough and pepper. The taste is crisp, clean, bitter, minerals, peppery spice, doughy malts, straw, hay, grassy and orange rind with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Nice hoppy saison.

Tap at The Merry Monk, Reposaari. Slightly hazy golden color, small steady white head. Aroma has fruits and white pepper. Medium-bodied. Citrusy and peppery flavor. Clean saison. Refreshing and interesting enough.

Tap at Brewdog Helsinki, Helsinki. Colour is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Lots of fruits, spices, Belgian yeast, hops and malts. Very tasty and versatile saison.
