375mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with white grape skins, some horse blanket, and barnyard funk. Flavour is complex, with a really nice barnyard funk character, plenty of leather, white grape skins, grape must, and oak barrels. Funky, dry, and vinous. Excellent.

Hazy, pale greenish sort of colour. It's got a nice brett and pear note, There's a mellow carbonation, but the palate has a lot of pear. it's gentle, but it is pretty good.

(375ml bottle from the Burdock bottle shop, Toronto) Pours very hazy pale straw gold with a small but constantly filled head and big champagne bubbles. Aroma is funky and bright with some grape must, melon and light floral pear, touch of lemon citrus and a wet sulphurous blanket. Flavour is crisp and dry, with tight mineral natural white wine, grape skins, light lemon peel, zippy lightly sweet pear, moderate tannin, chalk, some Brett leather, finishing bone dry and cider-like, quite mineral. Lightish body with high sparkling wine carb. Very fresh and interesting, the Brett kind of runs away with the nose but the palate is the combination of natural wine, perry and wild ale you'd hope. Good aperitif flavour.
