Rhubarb sour
For this beer, we took our base golden sour recipe and added a copious amount of BC rhubarb to create something beautiful, tart, and delicate. Essentially a hybrid of rustic farmhouse ale and country wine, we hope you enjoy the fruit (vegetable?) of our labour.

Poured from the tap. Fairly hazy golden orange with small white head. Tons of rhubarb on the nose. Rhubarb, earthy, slightly herbal, mild tartness, decent.

Quite pale with just a subtle pinkish hue. No head, though. The aroma has quite a bit of rhubarb on it. There's a lot of rhubarb in this. Quite tart. So much rhubarb.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite earthy and herbal, with the rhubarb showcasing itself upfront, with a dry earthy base and just gentle tartness. Flavour is more or less along the same lines, with fresh, herbal, earthy rhubarb that tastes like it's just been picked from your backyard—full of earthy, soil-like character. Rather simple, but the earthy rhubarb is pleasant. Solid.
