This farmhouse ale was fermented with four different strains of brettanomyce and one strain of saccharomyces and conditioned for one year. They then barrel aged it for another year they chose to bottle condition in order to allow the flavours to fully mature. Notes of funk, cracker, wheat, oak and peach.

Clearish pale gold with a decent white head. Light barrel and lemon notes. Light funk and a touch of lemon. Decent.

There's a slight haze and a pale colour. The aroma has a nice bretty accent, and on the palate I get a lot of brett, and it's actually quite light in the body. I like this one.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is gently fruity, with a nice earthy funk, gentle farmhouse character, and a touch of rustic saison yeast. Flavour is a fair bit different, with lots of soft stone fruits, low-to-moderate oak, rustic saison yeast, and a bit of funk. Soft, fruity and oaky finish. Complex and well-made. Excellent.
