Tasting at Phill's, bottle
Cloudy pale blond colour. Some plastic smell. A bit lemony, a bit funky; there is some plastic and chemicals too.
Interesting, at least it has some character, for a BC cider.

750ml on Phill's deck. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: dry and a bit sweet nice apples with some spicy notes. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: pretty good.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart citrus, apple core, and a hint of wild character. Flavour is full of apple core, with a touch of wild yeast. Just lots of apple core. Little complexity here. Dry, easy finish. Okay.

On tap @ Bells and Whistles. Pours a dusty straw color. Aromas of funky sour apple sauce. Flavours of apple skins, grainy apples and fruity Brett. Nice
