Tasting at Matt's, bottle
Cloudy red-amber colour. Nice fruit aroma, dark cherries. Intense fruit flavour, raspberries mainly, but also a very aggressive acidity that is quite unpleasant. Do I need to say that this is unclassy and unbalanced?

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark pink with a small light pink head. Aroma brings out lots of tart cherries, a little oak, and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is loaded with exceedingly tart cherries, lots of acidity, a little oak, and a touch of barrels. Very fruity, but the tartness and acidity is a bit overbearing. Rather harsh, but it's pleasant.

375ml at Matt's amenity room. Appearance: hazy dirty purple with a slightly rose head. Aroma: acetone, sour cherries. Taste: along the same lines, very nice. Overall: another US acidic bomb.

Dark purple, with a bit of cherry note, has a bit of cherry, has a nice tartness. So it's okay, has a some woodiness,
