Sampled at Prairie Bee, pours a deep dark mahogany. Aroma reveals lots of rich, deep blueberry skins, with fermented out honey. Flavour is only lightly sweet, with intense blueberry and a somewhat tannic character. Low residual sweetness, not much on the honey. Good stuff—I like the honey expression.
