Blood Orange IPA
It's been a long time coming in working with our friends over at Powell Brewery, and the wait is finally over! We present to you Fluffy, a decadent and over the top fruity IPA by way of Kviek yeast, with an extremely generous addition of blood orange puree. Loads of Citra and Amarillo hops were added to boost the juiciness of this beer to exponential proportions. Enjoy and drink fresh!

Opaque and sort of a peachy colour. This one’s a bit of a miss, as while there is a little bitterness and some weedy hop character, there’s also diacetyl. That's it, beer ruined. As the great poet Chief Keef once proclaimed, that's that shit I don't like.

Murky blond colour. The fruit profile is mild, peach and apricot. It's thick, there's a bit of residual sugar (thankfullly); the juicy character is mild too, the yeast adds a spicy touch that highlights thee usual "dirty mouthfeel" of Hazies, and adds a peppery note in the finish.
Not bad, but it's an example of where too much is worse.

473mL can, pours an ugly, murky orange with a very small white head. Nose is very chalky and muffled, with faded orange, earthy hops and lots of chalk. Flavour is very muffled, muted and faded, with a very poor orange character that barely comes through, obscured hops, and earthiness. What the hell were they trying to do here? There's nothing to like about this: the orange doesn't come through very well, the hops are faded and poorly expressed, and there's a clumsy structure to this. Very poor and way below Twin Sails' capability.
