On tap at The Confessional, pours black with a medium brown head. Nose is big and woody, with plenty of bourbon, wood, molasses, and medium roast. Flavour is woody and roasted, with lots of woody barrel notes, big roasted malt, alcohol, and molasses. Woody and dry, with a lot of booze. Very good blend.
