On tap at Pure Project - Carlsbad, pours a cloudy bright orange with a small white head. Nose is bright, with gently tart strawberries and a touch of lacto. Flavour is bright, with lots of tropical, juicy strawberries, a touch of tartness, and a yogurty lacto character. Milky mouthfeel, with a fruity finish.
