On tap at Bruery Terreux, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out dark red berries, balsamic and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is tart and complex, with lots of balsamic, red berries, some jam, and a touch of oak. Nicely constructed, balanced, and not too harsh despite its rather sharp elements. Good.
