On tap at Smog City Taproom - Torrance, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals a nice subtle red currant character, blending well with wild yeast and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is jammy, bringing out tart red currants, some berries, wild bugs, and oak. Really nice currant expression here. Complex and designed well. Excellent.
