On tap at Gilman, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma reveals gentle coconut upfront, with modest toasted malt. Flavour is similar, with lots of toasted coconut upfront, backed by a sturdy toasted malt component. Medium sweetness on the finish. There's not a whole lot of depth here, but it's pleasantly constructed. The coconut is nice, just not utilized to full potential.
