On tap at Gilman, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Nose reveals rustic saison yeast and spiciness. Flavour is quite fruity, with rustic saison yeast, melon and miscellaneous stone fruits. Really nice expression of the saison yeast. Very good.
