375ml (thx, Peter K.!) @ SalesForce. Appearance: almost black with a beige head. Aroma: quite weird to me barrel notes coming from the mezcal barrel, inky and grainy buckwheat notes. Taste: sweet, grainy, lots of concentrated buckwheat, with some ashy and smoky late aftertaste. Overall: complex, very unique and well-made for what it is.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Black with small tan head. Tons of earthy barnyard notes, leather, mild chocolate, clay mezcal notes, touch of roast malt, hint of smoke. Quite good if you can handle the huge earthiness.

375mL bottle, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma is full of mezcal barrels, with lots of wood and roast. Flavour is remarkably rich and complex, with a wonderful mezcal barrel character upfront and dominating—imparting a nice agave character. There's lots of wood and the usual roastiness, with medium residual sweetness. Wonderful mezcal barrel character. Lovely.
