20-M Cryo + Galaxy (White Can) was brewed with a different blend of cryo hops, this blend created to accentuate mango character. It was fermented very warm and dry hopped when at the peak of fermentation to maximize ester production and biotransformation.

Can from the brewery
Pale murky blond colour. Mild citrus aroma, and light manure. Some residual sweetness, no chalk; some hay flavour; nice juicy hops, tropical, grapefruit, citrus peel, and a pleasant mild hop burn in the finish.
I slightly prefer this one over the blue can.

16oz @ home. Appearance: dirty blonde with a huge white head. Aroma: nice mix of tropical fruits with melon and unripened mango. Taste: along the same lines, very dry and juicy, moderately bitter. Overall: very unusual in terms of how astringent it is, but it's interesting.

Sounds like this is made with a Shulgin compound. Well, guess I'm in for an evening and a half. Hazy dullish tan colour, thin head. Mellow bitterness. The malts lend a touch of sweetness and the galaxy some gooseberry and juiciness. This isn't awesome, but I do like it. Trip report to come later.

473mL can, pours an opaque, muddy peachy orange with a small white head. Aroma is on the milder side, with gentle dank hops, a little chalk, and some earthiness. Flavour is fairly vibrant, with moderately dank hops, a bit of citrus tang, some earthiness, some stone fruits, and moderate chalk. Not too bad on the chalk, but it's more than I'd want. I like the Galaxy here but it's still not the best. Good.
