A sessionable stout conditioned on too many Madagascar vanilla beans and served on nitrogen. Chocolatey, rich and velvety, this beer is loved for exceptional cascading and the smoothest vanilla whip.

On nitro tap at Darby's, pours black with a small creamy tan head. Nose is earthy and somewhat chalky, with subtle hints of vanilla. Flavour is rather metallic and earthy, with faint vanilla and a rather unpleasant metallic character. The nitro is not helping the metallic character. Not good.

Poured from the tap. Dark brown with beige head. Creamy mild slightly soured (bean) roast upfront with a chocolate and vanilla finish. Decent with a fairly light-medium body.

Jet black with a rich light brown head. Dark chocolate and cocoa. Vanilla and chocolate with some nutty notes. Soft and easy.
