A new west coast-ish IPA. Dry hopped heavily with Vic Secret, Mosaic, Columbus, and Simcoe. Piney, pineappley, and pretty well dank. “Ish” because it’s not really bitter and we didn’t use any crystal malts. Crispy good.

Poured from the tap. Clear gold with small white head. Light pine, mild tropical hops. Light and crisp. Quite good.

On tap at Beere, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out an oily resinous and piney hop character, with a crisp biscuity malt backbone. Flavour is crisp and nicely biting, with piney hops upfront, lightly oily resins, and a crisp biscuity malt. Fairly dry finish, though there is definitely some malt sweetness here. This is way better than almost every hazy they attempt. Very good.
