Henderson is a saison brewed with Pelton barley and Rimrock rye grown and malted by Mecca Grade Estate Malts in Madras, OR. Full body, with notes of pineapple from the barley and layers of spice from the malted rye.

375ml shared with Phill @ Ryan's. Appearance: a bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: very nice and fruity Brett. Taste: along the same lines, crispy. Finishes with a bit too much Brett bitterness than I prefer. Overall: good one still.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Lightly hazed deep gold with small white head. Slightly earthy, mild rustic yeast, gentle brett funk, lightly dry. Decent.

Bottle. Pours clear golden orange. Large fluffy off white head, good lacing. Aroma is a bit grainy, lemon, dust. Flavor is light plus tart, citric, rye bite. Light body, high carbonation. Not my favorite from Fair Isle

375mL bottle, pours an opaque orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of earthy rye, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of funk. Flavour is gently tart, quite earthy and rustic, with lots of earthy rye, gently tart citrus, rustic notes, and a hint of farmhouse funk. Gently tart, earthy, and grainy on the palate. Very good.
