Taster shared with Matt. Appearance: a bit hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: rustic notes, some apples, wood, a bit of sweetness. Taste: weird yeasty character, a bit of apples, full-bodied. Overall: lacks complexity, very plain.

On tap at Garden Path, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of rustic yeast, some wild bugs, oak, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of oak, rustic and wild yeast, and crisp apple skins. Very nice wild yeast expression, though perhaps it quite as complex as the Orchard Varietal Blend. Still, excellent.
