Taster shared with Matt. Appearance: almost clear golden with a white head. Aroma: very nice, red apples, some apple seeds and peels, barnyard notes. Semi-dry. Taste: bone-dry, not much apples left that were mostly fermented out, unfortunately to me. Overall: basically like a saison with some apples, would be more happy if more apples left here as it is a cider in the end.

On tap at Garden Path, pours a fairly clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a wonderful wild yeast expression, followed by crisp apples, and plenty of oak. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of wild yeast, crisp apple skins, farmhouse funk, and oak. Dry, wild, and oaky, with a nice blend of apples. Excellent.
