Sampled from the tap at the Georgetown location. Pours a cloudy orange with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a creamy sweet grain with some light spices and a bit of cookie supporting. Flavor has an earthy but tart carrot with a bit of creamy sweet grains with light spices. Muddled.

On tap at Great Notion - Ballard, pours an opaque pink, no head. Nose is absurd, with brown sugar and cinnamon, followed by intense herbal carrot cake. Flavour is full of intense carrot pur�e, accentuated by light brown sugar and cinnamon. The most unadulterated carrot-forward beer I've ever had. What the hell? I don't even know what to think of this. Fun, I guess?

Taster shared with Matt and Andrew at Ballard's location. Appearance: 🥕 juice. Aroma: very sweet, lots of carrot with sweet baking spices. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: weird, but probably good for what it is.

Draft pour at Great Notion, Ballard. Pure carrot juice appearance, and dense. No head. More sweet than sour. All carrot cake in flavor. Absolute dessert of a beer. If I can even call it that. I can't hate it too much though, as it is what they say it is. Overly sweet and rough for my taste. Couldn't kill a full pour of this if I tried.

On tap at the brewery pours out a crazy orange carrot color. Nose is sweet lacto earthy carrots and some vanilla frosting. Taste is more of the nice sweet lacto carrots vanilla cream.
