Small shortlasting head, light haziness. Aroma is fresh floral, basil, ginger, lemongrass, hay, citrus, wheat, dried fruits. Taste is slightly dry floral, hay, ginger, weeds, sap, lemongrass, grass, flowers, citrus. Little bitterness, slightly warming gingery mouthfeel, slightly fizzy carbonation. Fair enough.

On tap @ Beer Temple. This is a light cloudy straw golden colored one with a small but lacing white head on the top. Smells really herbal and infused with lemon grass. Pepper corns, ginger and hay. Really different and perhaps a tad over the top, but I don't hate it. Quite soapy in the taste really. Slightly mouthdrying at first. Ginger and galangal lingering. Thyme and all sorts of herbal spices. Strange and I feel it's a bit too soapy that I can really enjoy this. 24.09.2015

100ml on tap at Taphouse, thanks to Skinnyviking for sharing. Lacing rings down the glass. Dissipating white head. Yellow coloured body with a wheat haze. Fruity nose, perfumed. Perfumed wheat fruity flavours, backdrop of ginger. Fruity ending. Thin to medium bodied. Drinkable (Copenhagen 16.11.2015),

From tap. Pours hazy to cloudy yellow with a small whitw head. Aroma is grassy and citrusy. Light herbal, ginger too. Bitter, soapy, citrusy and slight toasted malty. Bitter and soapy. Mild herbal and slight citrusy finish.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt fruits, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of notes of wheat, pineapple, and spices, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 26 Aug 2015) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of lemon-grass, white bread, grain and ginger. Malty, spicy taste with lemon-grass, bread, cereal, wheat, ginger and a dry finish with hardly any bitterness. Quite weird, with lots of lemon-grass and a certain ginger bite. Quite enjoyable.

Keg sample at beer temple Amsterdam. Light hazed yellow green coloured pour with a halo of fine white head. Aroma is very punchy, perfume, poiperrie, verging on soapy, spicy ginger. Flavour is composed if wheat, spicy ginger, warming ginger in the finish, spicy lemon rind. Palate is crisp, highish carbonation. Interesting to try but a little soapy for me.
