Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. MOderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Soapy nites. Oily palate.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, grass, straw, fruits and hops. Nice.

[ As Fermentoren Helles ].Light unclear light medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, grass, grain, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150721]

Cloudy yellow small smooth white head. Mild aroma mild malty. Appears dry too. Flavor is malty faint exotic fruity spicy sweet herbal notes. Palate is very good. Very nice pilsner.
