La brasserie de Colmar a fermé ses portes en 1975. Depuis 1919, était produite à Colmar la célèbre Colmar Pils. Rencontre d'une recette traditionnelle, du houblon alsacien Strisselspalt, d'une technologie de fabrication contemporaine, la nouvelle Bière de Colmar Tradition (5.8%vol) se veut la petite filleule de son illustre ancêtre. Colmar est une bière blonde de fermentation basse (Pils), mais refermentée en bouteille. Elle vous séduira pas sa douceur rafraichissante, sa légère amertume et sa rondeur en bouche longue et persistante.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ Pre-Borefts 2017 Tasting ] - @ Brouwerij Kwartje, Frederikstraat 837, 2514LZ Den Haag, Netherlands. [ As Colmar Tradition ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light hay. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, hay. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20170920] 5-3-5-3-9

Bottle. Hazy pale golden color with white head. Aroma is straw, dusty, pale malts. Taste is dusty, straw, some fruitiness. Medium carbonation. Meh.

Bottle @ Pre-Borefts tasting. A bit hazy pale yellow golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, somewhat bitter, straw, a bit sweet grainy. Not bad.

Shared at pre-Borefts tasting, thanks for sharing everybody! Hazy golden with white head. Lots of pils malts, soft yeast, a bit of sugar, wood, light fruit, a hint of sulphur. Medium sweet and bitter. Under medium bodied. Nice but quite yeasty.

5 3 6 3 11 Bottle shared at Pre-Borefts Tasting, The Hague '17. Near clear golden with a white head. Aroma of yeast, malt, lemon notes and herbs. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with above light carbonation.
