On tap at Neighbourhood. Gold, bright, thin head. Lots of watermelon, mild tartness, touch saline. Solid, refreshing.

On tap at Yellow Dog, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very muted, with subdued watermelon, earthiness and light lacto. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart citrus, subdued watermelon, and lacto. The watermelon isn't very expressive, and the lacto is too much so. Nowhere close to a proper gose. Weak.
