500ml (thx, Chris S.!) @ Sales Force. Appearance: cloudy pale with a weak white head. Aroma: coriander and lime. Taste: lots of lime with some coriander. Overall: a good palate cleanser, tastes as described.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of salt, lime and coriander indeed, with plenty of lacto. Flavour is tart, with plenty of lime upfront, followed by spicy coriander, and plenty of salt. Tart, citrusy and salty finish, with a nice lacto-y tanginess to finish. Pretty solid really.
