Bottle, 6.5%. Mild citric aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour is sweetish and roasted with a yeasty note. Chalky finish with a little paper. Good alcohol level, not exactly warming but has a little touch of it. Late spicy note, more citrus fruit.

Bottle. Pours murky dark chestnut brown with small white head. Aroma is fruiy and yeasty like a typical Belgian strong ale with notes of sour overripe apples, green grapes, brown sugar, yoghurt, cinnamon and coriander. Taste is medium sweet, medium to very bitter and light acidic. Body is oily with soft carbonation. Finish is long with a good dry bitterness and notes of sweet licorice, malt, brown sugar, syrup, ground coffee, dark bitter chocolate, ripe sour apples, elderberry, prunes and milk. Nice and rich.
