On vous offre la forêt laurentienne dans votre verre! Un breuvage aux notes de céréales fraîches et de mie de pain, avec un arrière-goût salin aux effluves de sapinage. Tant que ça fleure bon le bois, la randonnée en forêt et pourquoi pas le bord de lac, tout va bien! La grosse vie sale, comme on dit.

On tap at Vices & Versa, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite herbal and woody, with salt, coriander, and soil -- like I'm licking the earthy ground of a forest. Flavour is much too earthy and herbal for me, with lots of forest ground, herbal notes, and salt. This just does not work for me at all. Herbal, soil-like, with nothing about a gose that I ordinarily like. Poor.
