On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a tiny head. Aroma reveals a nice wild yeast, gently tart apples, a little core, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is much the same, with crisp apple skins, some apple core, and a pleasant incorporation of the wild yeast. Fairly dry, with only a hint of residual sweetness. Not all that complex but the wild yeast character is pleasant and the crispness is nice. Good.

Decent. Some woody notes. A touch of grapeyness, a touch of bitterness and a decently complex apple character.
