Pinkish-purple colour and head. Hazy. Seems like mostly cherry on the nose, maybe some diacetyl. It's tart, with sour cherry notes, some lime, and maybe a bit of spice as well. Yeah, okay, pretty straightforward, this one.

Cherry and lime come on huge here. Ruby red pour with light pink head and lacing. Tangy finish. Decent fruit bomb sour. Rich in flavour. Tap at brewery.

On tap at St Augustine's, pours a bright red with a small off-pink head. Aroma brings out lightly tart cherries, plenty of lime, and a touch of yogurt. Flavour is juicy, tart and gently sweet, with bright lime, subdued tart cherry, and a touch of lactose. Simple but well-done for a fruited kettle sour.
