A reincarnation of one of our favourites, this saison has a penchant for spice, delicate dryness, and dare we say a touch more responsible (at least compared to our previous saison).

On tap at Category 12, pours a clear dull golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals a nice dry, rustic character from the saison yeast, with a bit of straw and grainy character. Flavour is quite dry, with a decent saison yeast character, followed by toasted grains and some straw. Decent expression of the yeast, but not all that complex. Solid.
