On tap at Ile Sauvage, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals the ginger upfront, with some seltzery notes ans some yogurty notes. Flavour is pretty similar, combining ginger, tart citrus, seltzery notes, and lacto together — all elements are discernible. Finished a bit lacto-y, with the spicy ginger finishing. Not the best gose out there—even for spiced goses—but it's competently made.
