This is a mixed-fermentation saison made with the Mothership blend from Escarpment Labs and aged in stainless for 4 months
Blended to be the saison of our dreams: balanced, pale, and a wee bit zippy. Basically a pineapple-lemon edible flower arrangement

Hazy blond colour. Dry, spritzy, moderately sour and mildly funky, some oak, gentle tannins; similar elements in the aroma. Very good.

750ml (thx, Peter K.!) on the Alouette campground shared with Alex on my campsite enjoying rain under the nicely set up tarpaulin using the ridge technology. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: nice Brett and funk with some oak notes. Taste: a bit sour, funky, barrel, quite light body. Overall: a good table beer.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Clear-ish gold with small white head. Saison yeast, touch of tartness and brett, seltzer-y. Okay.

Pale and hazy. Quite tart, and it's nice, touch of brett, and a hint of stone fruit. Soft, mellow sweet finish.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is gentle, with some wild bugs and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is mineraly, with rustic saison yeast, some bugs, and some seltzery notes. Not a huge fan of the yeast profile, as it comes across too seltzery, but it's decent.
