Alex harvests the elderflowers in the spring and rose hips in the winter. Each year, we brew two batches. The spring, when the elderflowers are fresh, and the winter after the rose hips are dried.

Flight at The Magnet. Pours hazy golden orange. Aroma is very floral; particular notes I assume are rose hips and/or elderflower. Flavour is tart, some rustic yeast notes, something herbal or grassy. Well constructed, but flavour profile is pretty simple.

Hazy, quite pale. It's got a nice brett note, apricots, big bright fruits, clean pale malts. I like it, a bit of hop.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy gold with small white head. Floral notes, some dill pickle flavour, mild saison yeast. A bit odd.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very floral, with lots of elderflower, rose hips, and some rustic saison yeast. Flavour is very floral, with lots of rose hips, some tartness, and a bit of rustic saison yeast. Not much complexity, with a very floral, citrusy tart finish. It's alright.
