On tap at Crux, pours a clear pinkish amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of prickly pear, light lacto and salt. Flavour is loaded with prickly pear upfront, pear skins, lacto, and gentle salt. Almost get a tequila character to this. Very nice.
