Clear 500ml bottle from Botanist AVL. Baby Duvel tulip @home. Haven't done the dishes all week. Coffee mugs are next. Jellied clear, more blueberry than true purple. Bubbly, but no solid head forms. Cheesy, berry sour nose, leafy, weeds. Serious tannic & potent blueberry skin, sharp & sour apples, dry funk, very tart & acrid, hints of vinegar, earthy popsicle finish. Really thin, prickly carbonation, definitely dry. Difficult to do a whole bottle. Unique.

On tap at Garden Path, pours a fairly clear dark red with a small off-pink head. Aroma is full of pungent blueberries, lots of blueberry skins, some apple skins, and gentle farmhouse notes underneath. Flavour is dry and farmhouse-y, with lots of dry blueberries, some apple skins, champagne-like sweetness, and subtle farmhouse funk. Really nice incorporation of the blueberries that blend well with the rustic farmhouse character. Excellent.
