Hazy, pale gold, med head. Malty, light tartness, vague brett, somewhat acetic, a little phenolic.

On tap at Brouwer's Cafe, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is gently funky, with oak and gentle berry skins. Flavour is funky and buggy, with lots of wild yeast, gentle berry skins, and some oak. Not really authentically lambic-like, but the buggy character is nice. The fruit takes a backseat. Solid stuff.
