375ml (thx, Alex M.G. for a pick-up and Max C. for delivery!) @ Sales Force. Appearance: pours like an oil, dark brown with no head. Aroma: a weird mix of maple syrup, toasted coconut, and nuts. Taste: quite thick and sweet, with the same weird mix taste. Overall: alright.

375mL bottle, pours jet black with a tiny light brown head. Nose is intense on the coconut, with almost no maple syrup detectable -- seems like a coconut bomb. Flavour is a coconut bomb, expressing gentle maple syrup, intense coconut, and a bit of dark fruits. Really nice coconut character. Thankfully, the maple syrup does not go overboard. Finishes gently sweet, with coconut and dark fruits on the finish. Lovely stuff.

(375ml bottle from the brewery webshop) Pours pitch black with a tiny dark brown head and a bit of legs on the glass. Aroma is a touch tight, deep toffee malts with sweetened back brewed coffee, roasted nuts, some sweetish dark chocolate, undertones of creamy coconut and vanilla. Flavour is very sweet up front, rich toffee and some chocolate sauce, nicely sugared espresso, moderate maple syrup, nice presence of pecans middle to finish, quite sweet all the way to the finish, chocolate augmented by soft coconut and some vanilla into the aftertaste. Mouthfeel is very full bodied and syrupy, low carbonation, low alcohol. Dessert stout, fully and completely, but with an intensity few brewed in Canada seem to reach. Mouthfeel is perfectly thicc, actually shocking at only 11%. Nose is really the only weakness, being a little soft given the flavour.
