375mL bottle, pours a fairly clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma reveals a lot of sweet red wine character from the Madeira, with fermented out honey, light balsamic, and a bit of bugginess. Flavour has lots of fermented out honey, subdued semi-sweet red wine notes, light tannins, tart red fruits and a hint of balsamic. Finishes gently tart; not all that complex, but reasonably constructed. Lacks depth and body, but it's alright.
