Imperial Stout with Cocoa Ninbs, Peanut Butter Cups, and Peanut Flour
We modeled this confectionary stout after one of our all-time favorite candies: the original peanut butter cup. We start with our massive Imperial Stout recipe fermented to 12% ABV. Once finished, we condition the beer on cocoa nibs, peanut flour, and actual peanut butter cups. Canned for instant enjoyment, this beer pours black as a starless night. A deep brown foam head erupts from the glass with notes of baker's chocolate, cocoa powder, and peanuts. Each sip is sweet with a drying finish. Layers of dark chocolate and peanut butter roll over the tongue. The mouthfeel coats the palate and delivers a delectably drinkable treat.

16 oz. can, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma smells like a liquid Reece's PB cup, with loads of dark chocolate and peanut butter. Flavour is rich and decadent, with intense chocolate, loads of peanut butter, and toasted peanuts. No real roast other than maybe some deep malt providing body. Really great stuff — as good as any PB stout I've had. Tasty.
