On tap at Ruse, pours a cloudy bright golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of fruity esters, some spiciness from the yeast, earthiness from the spelt and light lemon peel. Flavour is fairly estery, with light banana, some spiciness, and lemon peel. Way too much banana and estery character — what's going on here? Doesn't seem like they know what they're doing yeast-wise. A saison should not have this sort of banana, estery character.
